Can I still purchase products if they're out of stock?

Some products can be pre-ordered depending on season and availability. Just give us a quick message using the "message us" icon at the bottom and let us know the product name and size you're interested in.

  

Do all orders and items have free shipping?

 

Yes. We offer free tracked shipping on all orders worldwide!

 

Do BeBugKids ship items internationally?

Yes. We are now shipping worldwide.

 

What are the policies on refunds, returns, and faulty items?

How long will it take for my orders to be delivered?

 

Orders will take 1 - 3 days to process and delivery can take between 7 - 30 days. 

Our store partners with businesses around the world to bring unique products to our customers. Items are dispatched from both NZ and overseas facilities depending on the product and availability.

We will dispatch items to you as soon as possible and will endeavor to beat our estimated delivery time frames wherever possible.

This time frame doesn't take into consideration delays which are out of our control. These include

  • incorrect shipping information entered during checkout
  • shipping delays
  • customs issues
  • delays due to weather or natural disasters
  • production delays
  • public holidays etc.

If your order is taking longer than expected to arrive, please contact us and we can help you investigate. 

What happens if there is a problem with my pre-order?

If there are problems with your order, we will contact you as soon as possible and we'll be happy to work through different solutions with you.

If an item you have pre-ordered does not arrive due to supplier errors or delays, we will provide you with a full refund for the item.

Please be aware that sometimes there could be issues with our suppliers that are out of our control. However, we make customer satisfaction our top priority and will always do our best to provide the best possible outcome.

 

Can I cancel my pre-order?

Yes. Pre-orders can be cancelled at any time. However, a cancellation fee of $10 will apply if the order has already been processed by our suppliers..

 

Can I pay by bank deposit?

Yes. You definitely can. Payment instructions will be available at checkout when you order.
