SHIPPING CHARGES

We offer $8 NZD flat rate shipping worldwide and free shipping on all orders over $100 NZD

All orders are processed in NZD. While the content of your cart is currently displayed in your currency, you will checkout using NZD at the most current exchange rate.

 

SHIPPING TIME FRAMES 

We process and ship most of our orders within 1-5 business days. Our average delivery time frame is 14 days but can take up to 21 days depending on your address and customs processing times.

Our store partners with businesses around the world to bring unique products to our customers. Items are dispatched from both NZ and overseas facilities depending on the product and availability.

We will dispatch items to you as soon as possible and will endeavor to beat our estimated delivery time frames wherever possible.

This time frame doesn't take into consideration delays which are out of our control. These include

  • incorrect shipping information entered during checkout
  • shipping delays
  • customs issues
  • delays due to weather or natural disasters
  • production delays
  • public holidays etc.

    ORDER CONFIRMATION

    As soon as you place your order you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase. As soon as we receive your order we will process your order for immediate shipment.

     

    ORDER SHIPMENT

    If your order is in stock and we process the charges to your credit card it will ship within 1-5 business days from the date of your order. We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provide when checking out.

    Please note that it takes up to 5-10 days for tracking information take effect and there is often a delay on transit between countries until it arrives in destination country. If you do not receive tracking information from us within 14 business days of your order feel free to follow up with us at customerservice@bebugkids.com or contact us here.

     

    RETURNS

    Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

    To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

    Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. These include gift cards, health, and personal care items.

    To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

    All shipping costs for returning incorrect sized, defective or damaged products must be at the expense of the customer. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

    If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

    REFUNDS

    Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

    If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

     

    LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

    If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

    Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

    EXCHANGES

    We only replace items if they are the wrong size, defective or damaged due to our error. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at sales@bebugkids.com

     

    GIFTS

    If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

    If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
